Have research or clinical findings to share? Submit your abstract in addiction medicine, psychiatry, psychedelic-assisted therapies, GLP-1–based addiction research, trauma-informed care, or related fields. Accepted abstracts will be considered for oral or poster presentations, providing an opportunity to showcase your work and connect with a global community of researchers and healthcare professionals in San Diego.

Important Deadlines

Follow the key milestones from abstract submission through conference registration. All dates are listed in Eastern Time (ET).

  1. Submission

    Abstract Deadline

    Submit your abstract through the online submission portal before the deadline for peer review.

  2. Review

    Abstract Acceptance Notification

    The Scientific Committee will notify authors of acceptance decisions, presentation formats, and next steps by email.

  3. Registration

    Final Registration Deadline

    Accepted presenting authors must complete registration by the Early Bird deadline to confirm participation and secure their place in the scientific program.

Follow the official structure, word limits, and ethics policies so your abstract moves smoothly through scientific review.

  • Structured sections: Background, Methods, Results, Conclusion (where applicable).
  • Typical limit: 250–300 words for the abstract body (excluding title and authors).
  • If your submission includes figures, ensure they are clear and legible at print size. Embed fonts whenever possible.
